How to Set Up Taxes-T0-Go

Step 1: Initial Download

  • Click on the referral link that was sent to you.
  • Complete the form (below) and remember your email and phone number.
  • click “Continue” and go to Step 2.

Step 2: Download the Taxes-To-Go app

You will receive a text message from the automated Taxes to Go message system with a link to the App Store to download the “unbranded” Taxes to Go app.

Tap on the link to get the app and use your email to sign up. (This must be the same email that you used in Step 1)

Please Note: The app will not show “Pinehills Tax Services” branding in the app store. The branding is only applied once the user creates an account with the information input on the previous step.

 

Step 3: Taxes-To-Go Account Setup

Please watch the Taxes-To-Go tutorial (below) before you create your account and send us documents. It’s a short 5 minute overview of the app and will answer many questions and reduce frustration. Of course, we are always here to help you.

 

Returning Clients

Our returning clients can logon to the TaxesToGo app and begin entering their documents for this year’s return.
